Report Issues Within 2 days: Wrong, damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 2 days of delivery at support@youdeify.com. Complain raised after 2 days of delivery will not be considered.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: A clear video of the sealed package being opened and the product being unpacked is required for all return/issue requests.

Return Within 5 Days: Eligible products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Return Fee: A flat ₹169 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit. No return fee will be charged for products that are wrong or damaged due to our error.

Quality Check: Returns that show signs of use, damage, missing tags, or fail our quality check will be rejected and shipped back, with ₹149 shipping charges payable by the customer.

Refund as Store Credit: Approved returns are issued as store credit only within 48 hours after the product passes quality inspection, after deducting the applicable ₹169 return fee. Store credit is valid for 1 year and one-time use only.

Sale & Exchange Policy: Sale/promotional items are non-returnable, except for wrong or damaged products. We do not offer direct exchanges; customers can return an eligible item and place a new order for another size, colour, or style.
